Effnet AB, a subsidiary of HCS Holding AB and the premier provider of header compression software for wireless and fixed networks, today announced that it has licensed its header compression technology to GCT Semiconductor, Inc., a leading designer and supplier of advanced 4G mobile semiconductor solutions.
